Personally, I'm quite happy to leave them in the past. I feel you'd end up ruining part of an older game's charm if anyone was to do an HD remake. As I keep on saying, gameplay and plot means more to me than fancy graphics. To be honest, I think the latter has been given so much emphasis in recent years that games in general just aren't as in-depth or as open as they used to be as a result. I tend to find these days the better the graphics, the more linear the game feels…
Having said that, I'm genuinely looking forward to the HD version of the original Resident Evil and I would love to see the second game made into HD also – simply because that was my favourite of the series. The first couple of Tomb Raider's would be nice just to see as would one of my all time favourite's – Silent Hill 2.
I'm not really bothered about seeing any HD versions of anything else and the only way I'd buy them would be on disc. I don’t get involved in any of this digital/download business (as of yet anyway). I don't understand it.
