Well lets start the thread saying: there will be spoilers, all over, if you don't mind, cool, if you do, come back when you at least finished the game or if you have a question about a decision and that decision what changes in the story-line you are doing or... if you want to romance certain character, what decisions you have to take to make that possible (yes if u say something wrong, they gonna laugh in your face)

So: lets kick it of with one of mine:

What happens if you ditch the bat-crazy elf in the tavern of haven (the option still pops up after talking with her a lot and even in skyhold)?

You can't ditch her because she will follow you during all the story. If your character is a woman, you can try to romance her and make love with her. If your character is a man, she will become your friend.

 awesome

I think you can romance her also with a male Iron Bull, because she likes Qunaris...

Nope. You can flirt with her as a male and she'll be like "you and I are the same. We both like women "

As for proof, my friend was a Qunari male and I watched his stream when he decided to try flirt with her.

Yep, you can only romance her with a fem character.

Did anyone choose the templars instead of the mages? I didn't like that they turned against the Chantry, and I can't see myself ever choosing them in future playthroughs. Are they still angry dirtbag red lyrium-eating gangsters if you choose to side with them? And who's your adversary to take the place of the red templars?

may be in shop?
