Guys I'm super duper exited for this game. The graphics, gameplay and combat seem so promising. I can't wait till I get my hands on this game and yes I'll give a full review on this game with the things I like and dislike promptly.
Who is getting this game day one??
In Australia the game gets released on the 25th March so I'm patiently waiting on tommorrow........

Update. Here it is View attachment 667
Gonna power it up soon.....

Okay guys here is my small little review.
Bloodborne has a very gloomy atmosphere with dull colours. You start in a scene with an old man who wakes you then a wolf tries to touch you but gets burned. After this scene the game starts.....
You customise your character with basic features such has eyes, face, hair and make up.... No where near the in depth comparison to dragon age inquisition customisation but it's decent, I guess.
There is no story really... No explanation to what is happening which is kind of a let down......
The game is a bit confusing due to the lack of explanation of certain controls.... It took me 5 minutes to find out how to equip my weapon lol.... The game didn't explain how, I had to research it on the web and finally got it.....
Other than that the game play is amazing.... You get a choice of 3 types of weapons from fast and medium damage to slow and heavy damage.
Each weapon has the ability to transform and attack at close range and distant with the combination of charge attacks.
In the game there are points called blood echoes that make you upgrade, repair, fortify your stats and weapons and level up your character.

You are first encountered by a werewolf with no weapons and obviously die ....
You awake in a safe place like a haven were all the upgrading etc happens.
This is where most things are explained.
Moving onto the combat experience , there is no blocking just dodging away from enemies to avoid DEATH which happens a lot in the game.
Dying is some thing that happens pretty often in this game, and when enemies are killed , your character gains "blood echoes", but if you die in battle your blood echoes get taken from the enemy that killed you. The only way of getting them back is by killing the enemy.
There are not many check points which can get annoying if you get far and die, so it's advisable to get enough blood echoes and go to your haven to upgrade your stats before getting killed.
More to say in my next review.....

Thank you Sekelani. I've read some comments here and there about this game, but yours is the one more balanced and clear. It looks like that this is a "souls" type of game, where you have no advice, no maps, no hints, no tutorial, nothing. Many people like such kind of approach. I've tried Lords of the Fallen, which is also a "souls" type of game. It's not my kind of game, so I will give up this title.

PS.: You attachment in the first message doesn't link to anything.

Thanks Alex. I fixed the link. I love this game. Never played a dark souls game before. Oh well it's my first

Once I get through Lords of the Fallen I'll definitely be checking this one out. The lack of an in depth story is kind of a turn off, but maybe that'll get better as the game goes on? I'll keep my fingers crossed on that one.

How is it as far as difficulty goes? I know it's similar to the "souls" games, but is it just as punishingly difficult? I couldn't get through those games, but I do really enjoy the style of gameplay they bring.

I'm pretty far in the game..... It's hard.... Very hard.... You gotta level up to survive in the game, well, not really. It's still pretty easy to die even when you do because when an enemy attacks you it takes so much health. I've come to grips with the obligation to maintain a good amount of stamina to survive. It's a about that in my opinion because I'm using an ace which does good damage but kills my stamina quick.....
There is no map and barely any explanation to anything( has I said earlier) which is good and bad, it keeps the suspense and thrill in the game.
So far from playing this game I'll give it a 9/10.

Okay gentlemen and ladies. I beat the game today and boy was it a mission. I've been playing this game for two weeks non stop, it's been a joy.
I tried exploring everything but it's just overwhelming. At the end of the game I released I could equip ruins to my character that I had no idea about lol. Wow.....

It's so easy to skip multiple bosses and go to boss number 4 without noticing.
This game is amazing.... The story and level design is out of this world ....
I can comfortably say without any doubt in my mind Ill give this a 10/10.... Hands down.favorite game of 2015 so far.
