Project Morpheus

Been looking at the new Project Morpheus that Sony are looking to release next year and really cant make my mind up if they will be a hit or a miss

probably end up buying a set anyway

Any thoughts on these

it all comes down to the software and how it all integrates. I love the idea of VR, but there will have to be some good adaptation from game developers to make something work well. I will be buying Morpheus, I have been waiting for VR for a long long time.

I really hope it takes off. Gamers deserve something new and exciting to play with instead of HD remakes and a new CoD every year. Though to succeed, they need good titles and an attractive price point.

Would love to see games like DayZ or H1Z1 in VR. Those games would be fantastic for VR with some tweaks to how gameplay works. MASSIVE world, zombies, would be awesome!

If it works well and priced sensible could revolutionize the games industry really looking forward to it hope its not a let down, Dayz in vr would be cool cant wait for it to be released on the PS4

I am not joking. Its the most fun CoD to date and to be honest the change.org petition is growing so rapidly for a next gen remake of it.

Yeah,MW2 was good...at the time.
But does everyone really want yet another remaster/remake?
Not me.
And if they did do MW2 perhaps it could be a half year release after Black Ops3...but then if they did that it would divide the CoD playing community and we may end up finding it hard to get into certain game modes.

I'm thinking Project Morpheus can be a game changer if it receives the right support. It needs great games not just forgettable demos.

I really like how the PlayStation Camera, PS Move, and DualShock 4 controllers will be compatible with Morpheus. The only thing that may lead to problems is that it's only for the PS4 unlike Oculus Rift which could possibly come to consoles in the future and will have much more opportunity with future platforms.
