Had ps4 since launch

All of a sudden ps4 keeps beeping and trying to eject disc with no disc in drive. Had it since launch with no issues. Tried unplugging it and rebooting. Also tried reinstalling system firmare and turning screw under hard drive cover. But nothing works.

Turn off, unplug, press power button until beeping stops. then turn it back on, it works.
Happened to me twice.
