Hi guys
Im after some info please.
Im having to sell my PS4 which i have downloaded afew games to it via the store.
When i sell it on will the new owner be able to acess these games?

Thanks in advance :D

Hi Bronzed,

downloaded games are hooked to the accout that purchased them. The new owner will not be able to use then as lons as s/he isn't able to use that account.

I suggest you to re-initialize your PS4 before giving it away. Tell me if you're able to do it otherwise I can show you how.

Keep in touch :Onya

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
I could realy do with some help regarding this as i have bought more than 15 full games from the store and if the next owner cant access them its a lot of money on my side that i could lose.
Regards

Bronzed

Oh,So you wanted to sell it WITH the games intact and playable?
Dont think you can,not without leaving your PSN account details intact on it and handing that over as well, which is really questionable in itself in one way.

Makes sense now. Does add value to have the games when going to sell. Though the fact the downloaded games are tied to that account, starts to hit a legal gray area. Not to mention all your personal info is tied to your PSN account so selling that is a terrible terrible idea. Another advantage to having physical copies :D

Thanks guys i really apreciate your advice. seems i made a big mistake by not buying the games on discs .
