VR Head set compatibility question

If I use the VR head set for the PS4 on my PS5, do I need to also have the PS4 camera? If so is there and adapter for it?

Based on how backwards compatibility works, my guess is no. For example, YOU can't play PS3 games on PS4 consoles. Because PS3 was Nvidia GPU, but PS4 is AMD.

You can use the VR head set but you must get an adapter for it to work. I question is will the PS5 camera work or do I need to get a PS 4 camera
