What sort of PC do you play on?

My gaming PC is an Alienware rig that's a few years old, and I absolutely love it. So far I haven't come across a game it can't handle on full specs.

I just got a new generic or you should say common gaming rig assembled by my brother.

It has a Trinity A10 4.2 GHz quad core processor and a HD-7660 GPU.
It is really fast compared to my old desktop but I dont know how fast it is compared to other newly released gaming rigs out there.

I just changed my PC. One of the things I like to do is to choose my parts and make my PC as it makes it more special with all the time and effort invested in making it.

My specs are i7-3370 with an nVidia 560ti GPU. I know that some of my friends say that it's a waste to by the 560ti as it limits the full potential of my CPU but it was the best I could afford at the time. And it hasn't let me down yet. I'm having a blast with Heart of the Swarm right now!

I built a PC myself about a year or more ago.
It's still working very well and I recently added a hard drive since I was running low on space.
I would recommend building a PC since it is much cheaper than buying a built one.

That's true. I used to be afraid of building my own PC as I was afraid it would end up being a huge, expensive pile of junk. I don't really know how to build PCs but I started by reading about how to make one. The good thing about building a PC is that it does not come preloaded with all the useless programs that are added by most companies, especially the dreadful 6-month trial of Norton.

Yeah, the extra fee is included in the prebuilt pc, and they charge you a lot for programs you don't even want. Only hard part is probably securing the cables and cable management. Other than that, everything goes pretty smoothly.

Alienware? Man, are you lucky. Talk about something that's way out of my price range. I'm too poor to even dream about it.

I prefer to not buy a desktop computer anymore since I travel a lot due to countless activities and events. I own an Asus laptop and it currently provides all of my gaming needs. Nevertheless, I am planning to buy a new laptop in 5 years or so, in order to catch up with the technological advancements when it comes to laptops.

My current desktop PC is not as impressive as when I built it some 6 years ago, but it's been upgraded time and time again with more RAM, a new graphics card and a new CPU. But now it's pretty outdated and struggles to run a lot of modern games, especially anything that requires DX10 will give my PC a bad time so I'm thinking of upgrading at some point and building a new rig. Probably gonna go with a GTX 780 as my GPU and then we can fit the rest around that.

Currently I'm using a pretty standard Dell desktop that I got about 2-3 years ago. I've changed a few things like a better graphics card, new fans, and a like double the ram of the regular computer.
I'm thinking of upgrading some more eventually once I get a good amount of cash so that I can do more at once. I really don't want to have to buy the parts over a span of a few months.

I am using a pretty old Dell and I hope that I will be able to afford a better one in the next months. Some older games run without a problem but everything from the last years is just not any fun to play anymore.

My desktop PC is good if not great! I assembled it about three years ago and it's going good so far. Mine is an i3 machine with 4 GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM, ATI Radeon HD5770 graphics card and a Cooler master cabinet with SMPS. To enhance my gaming experience, I own Xbox controllers for PC as well as Razer Death Adder mouse. So, in my view this is a modest setup for authentic gaming experience, especially FPS and strategy titles. Right now, I'm playing Battle for Middle Earth in LAN with my bro on it.

Same here! My rig can handle any game on max, plus fraps it!

My favorite games on max are Shogun 2 and Battlefield 3.
