Does someone know Crime Wave on the Sega Saturn? It wasn't an open world game, you only had several quarters where you were supposed to complete missions. It has this odd isometric angle and really bad ratings but I liked it. Was GTA for people like me who hadn't a PS1 or a PC back then.

I think I made a thread about it here some weeks ago. It was a good game and had some really interesting ideas but I doubt many people will remember it.

Yes but I watched some speed runs recently and I just never could imagine how small the games were. What were the publishers thinking?

Haven't played Diablo 3. What is bad about it?

Everyone knows Doom. I think this is a good adaption. The main problems are the controls because you only have your gamepad to go through those doomed worlds.

Well, I had it. I actually think I got my PS1 bundled with Tekken 3. And yes, it was somehow fun but it never really got me. There is always something missing in these games. Some more depth.

Diablo was already a big name when I got this copy for the PS1. Back then I did not knew how much better the gameplay is with a mouse and a keyboard but it still was a lot of fun with all those different weapons and the randomized dungeons. I love the music too.

Isn't is somehow depressing to see how short all of your favourite games actually are?

Am not sure if I would have liked it then. I am really focussed on "special moves" and throws and all that stuff because my main source for fighting and fighting games was wrestling.

And did you like it? Don't know if you could get a really good impression of the game though a demo though.

That looks interesting indeed. I guess you are not that limited in this game as in normal beat em ups like Tekken.

I guess I played the Dreamcast version. Maybe I even owned it.
