Trying out a different disc is a great idea! It will tell you if there's a problem with disc or the drive reader.

Look for the plus symbol next to the price of games. It will show you if their is a discount or if a game is free regardless of subscription. You just can't get it at that amount without one.

You should have it then if thats the case. Try completely powering down your system, eject the disc, and reload it. But i would call sony as well. If you have a bad laser you'll want to get that replaced. 800-345-Sony or live chat with them. Please let us know what they say for future...

i just got off the phone with them. My subscription works. So if i go to a game that is suppose to be free it will let me download it for free. Their have been issues according to the guy about the Plus network but the discounting is intact. As it still shows me a bunch of membership...

its, plus subscription and vita connect issues. Vita connects just fine now. Waiting on the phone regarding the Plus issue. I know members were reporting eject problems and HDMI problems. I wanted to know how this update affected those with that problem.

So i've purchased PlayStation Plus on my account, actually have had it for awhile. But the PSN is still trying to make we repurchase it. I'm going to call Sony to get it sorted out. I'm wonder if anyone else is having the same problem getting their PS4 to recognize their PS Plus subscription.

I just downloaded the 1.51 firmware. For those of you that have, do you feel that it fixed some issues? Are you experiences any new ones? I know i'm still having PSN problems. I'm curious what others thought are.

Its kind of nuts, but i doubt their true. I do beleive that the factory conditions and the time to produce these things were horrible for them.

Like Dmad said power will be your concern. You'll need a power adaptor if you plan on using it. Let us know what the PSN does!

It should be fine. Make sure you have the system fully powered off before moving it between your room and your sisters room. You could be cautious but you're just moving it from one place to another. And your doing it with the system powered off completely. :)

Hey Irieman, Yes you could do it that way. Run your optical cable to your receiver and HDMI to your TV. Set your PS4 audio output settings to optical.
