    Thanks for the feedback. I went ahead and set up to send it to Sony, though the guy on the phone did not indicate it would be a "switch." I don't know how vigorously they test these things (as it IS an intermittent issue), but I just hope they don't throw in a coupla Blu-Rays and say it's fine...
