33 games in 2013; 180 in development for the PS4

not bad. I just hope that they don't only care about the high amount of new games but also about the quality. A high number alone makes no gamer a happy gamer.

Despite the legitimate concrns here - at least there are numbers for this. I don't care if they're "indie" (whatever that means these days) as long as they are creative and hopefully interesting. (I've played Rule of Rose and that game was broken.) That said I imagine that there are likely to be a lot of good games out of there and at least a few great ones - as long as people are willing to look beyond their own prejudices.

Wow, this is just great. I've actually just decided to go in for the PS4 as soon it's available and this just gives me even more incentive. At least we know now that we wont be starving for games anymore, unlike other consoles.

Simply exceptional. Here's to hoping that one of this year's games is a Naughty Dogs release. I can't seem to get enough of what they put out.

This is great news, and it sounds impressive considering there's only a few months left in 2013. I feel like they are really making up for the lack of games PS3 initially had in its early days. I myself was once dismayed with the shortage of titles, but have changed my tone recently with the influx of new games and this will surely only cement my new opinion of PS3 and Sony.

Woah! I remember when Playstation 3 came out, it only had 6 games. Things have reallly changed now, the Playstation 4 is coming out packed with more than 33 games and more than 180 coming! Ahum, I'd better start saving more money.

As far as numbers, the Playstation will always dominate Xbox. I think Playstation is just working harder than Microsoft when it comes to video games. Those numbers are just ridiculous, I can't wait to purchase a Playstation 4.

That is quite impressive numbers, considering how much effort most gaming companies put into their games. I can't wait to see the 180 games when they are finally released. It will make me realize how much of a wait was really necessary. Although I applaud Playstation for their efforts towards satisfying their customers. I am almost sure to purchase a Playstation 4.

Amazing but its a darn shame Watch Dogs and The Crew were delayed. Those games excited me the most. At least it's better to have a refined game than a rushed game.

I think, I am not going to buy any more PS3 games this year except Assassins Creed 4. I will be playing other games on my PC.

Those are some interesting numbers. I am pretty sure they are going for the something for everyone route. Seems like a pretty smart strategy.
