Battlefield 4 beta dates (closed beta October 1st and open beta October 4th)

Incase anyone doesnt know yet Battlefield 4 for PS3 closed beta starts October 1st.
Closed beta is for people who preorder the Battlefield 4 PC Digital Deluxe Edition, Battlefield 3 Premium members, and owners of Medal of Honor Warfighter Limited or Digital Deluxe Edition (as long as you redeemed your online pass).

But an open beta starts only 3 days later on October 4th.
Open beta means for anyone.For PS3,Xbox 360 and PC btw.

The beta lets you play Siege of Shanghai map in Conquest or Domination mode.
New features & elements like Levolution and Amphibious Assault will also be featured in the beta.

Glad there will be an open Beta. Tell you what though, I feel bad for people who got Medal of Honor: Warfighter or became a BF3 Premium member for the sole purpose of getting into the Battlefield 4 Beta thinking it was the only way into the Beta considering only 3 days later the Beta will be open to everybody.

Yeah I know,Im sure this wasnt their plan when MoH came out.Im sure it would have been longer than 3 days from closed to open beta.
I did buy MoH WF but never used the online pass (ebayed it with code intact) and so would miss out on the October 1 date,never mind..Ill try it on the 4th
Anyway,I also look forward to trying the beta on PS3 but I intend to buy the PS4 game version though.

Those dates sure are awkward, but I'll try it. I only have 40 GB hard drive though and GTA V took a fifth of it. Now that I think about it, I've only played the BF 3 beta out of all the Battlefield games.

This is next week! I never knew the month was already coming to an end. I love playing the beta for Battlefield games. I see it as the appetizer and when the actual game comes out, that's the main course. I know it sounds cheesy, but that's my mentality for you.

Nice. I'll be looking to try it out on the PC. I have to admit though, it's going to take something quite stunning to convince me to buy it. These FPS games are becoming quite garden-variety, and other than the destructible environments and the vehicles, there isn't a lot to make BF stand out.

Oh, they are going to do a open beta too, that is pretty cool, i really enjoyed the Battlefield 3 open beta (aside from, you know, all the flashlights everywhere), so i will definitely want to try this.

Also, i hope that i get into the Dark Souls 2 Beta.

OK,the Battlefield 4 beta is now available to all.
Ive just downloaded it but havent played it yet.

Well I played a few games yesterday,seems OK and has that same BF feel to it.Which to me seems like BF3.I dunno,people say CoD games are same but BF4 seems like BF3 to me.Not that thats a bad thing.Mind you,the beta is just one map and one game mode.
Ill still get it anyway,but Ill get BF4 on PS4 though.

OK,the beta looks a little rough.hope it still gets fixed before release.

Also,the beta has added a new game mode,Obliteration.
