If you still have the code from the PS3 version, you should still be able to upgrade until March I believe.

I think it is. Though it shouldn't be with the problems that it's having but most ports are that price right now and show no indication of dropping. If anything if you don't have the game yet, I would buy the PS3 version which you can get used or on the cheap because Best Buy is running sales and then get the upgrade.
