Even though RE3: Nemesis recycled a lot from RE2, I thought Nemesis was the best. The way the main villain would stalk you throughout the game made it really scary. The cool part was how you would go through familiar areas, thinking you know the deal, but then Nemesis would burst out of a wall or something and change everything. It forced you to really use caution and survival because you knew you could be faced with a boss battle at any moment!
