so when you enter in a seed but enter in a certain combo of letters you get some funny results, so here are my known cheat codes.
btw there are 50 total.

the first one is fart snds wich makes all the sound effects farts
boob toob makes the screen look like an arcade cabnet
base ment makes all the floors basement 1,2,3 and so on
brwn snke makes a poop trail behind you.
slow 4me2 makes the music speed increase depending on how fast you walk (dat analog do)
camo k1dd makes you pretty much invisible.

lol I tried some of these yesterday, the fart sounds one was funny but then my game bugged out and the fart sounds started piling up on eachother until it was making this horrible noise, and it wouldn't stop even after quitting and starting a new game. Quitting the application worked obviously, but it was pretty funny, the fart sounds took over.

basement makes every floor the basement (never ending)
hard hard makes the game, well, harder.
bl1n deye makes enimies invisible
cham p1on makes all enemies champions
dont stop damaged isaac if he stops moving
copy copy gives you curse of the unknown on every floor (cant see health)
come back makes all enemies respawn if you leave the room and come back.
drawkcab inverts movemont and tears controls
dysl ex1c makes in game text backwards
kapp a makes you look like the twitch.tv kappa emote
ptch blck makes isaac all black
and my personal favorite: keep away, which maks all pickups move the way you do
