Blood Bowl is a fantasy football video game that was adapted from the board game of the same name. It is played between two teams of up to 16 players. Each team can have up to 11 players on the field at any time. A team can win by scoring touchdown or by completely eliminating the entire roster of the opposite team. The game has both real time and turn-based strategy modes.

I have pre-ordered it because it looks like really amusing and fun. I just need to study the american football rules, but I have time until 8th May, the release date.

Kind of reminds me of an old football game for Sega Genesis called Mutant league football. It was a lot of fun, you could bribe refs and stuff for plays, good game. This looks very fun for a football game!

From what I have read, the original game is a table game. Then the idea has been translated into a videogame.

I've played this game for some time and I can say that it's not a big deal.
Graphically is quite poor and also the animations are weak. You can play it vs AI, vs a real player in MP mode and vs your mate on the same console. This last mode is the funniest, imo. But soon it gets a little bit boring.

My vote is 6/10
