Blueray playback issues?

I seem to be having some trouble when trying to play blueray movies on my ps4. Sometimes it just sprints forever, usually have to restart the ps4 eject the disc and put it back in again to get the ps4 to play the movie. Tried on different movies so it is not a disc issue. Anyone else have this problem?

I read somewhere that the PS4 is actually a worse BluRay player the PS3. I hope these issues can be sorted out via software updates as the hardware is clearly superior.
