Bricked PS4 Console? here are few tips to fix them

So a lot of people are reporting that their PS4s are coming in bricked. Their is a solution below to try and solve this. Hopefully the problem isn't widespread and this helps.

1. You'll want to remove the HDD from the PlayStation 4 system.

2. The next step is to power on the PS4 with the HDD still removed from the system.

3. Then turn the PS4 back off and reconnect the HDD back to the console.

4. Power the PS4 system back on again with the HDD reconnected.

5. It should power on into the user interface.

This sometimes work,sometimes not. Tell me your experiences,share tutorials or ask if you have similar problems. Always glad to help

My friend was just posting on facebook that he got his about 4-5 hours ago and it just wasn't turning on. The light was coming on and stuff but it just didn't turn on. He said everything was plugged in, everything in the manual was done properly and he even said his daughter cried because she wanted a ps4 as much as him. I don't have a ps4 but since you posted this I thought I would add a problem that maybe I can show him this thread and someone can answer it?

I got mine today early in the morning. It does not work either. I don't know if it's because it is missing the day one patch or what. I contacted Sony, no I did not get mine from Taco Bell contest, and they are sending me a box to ship it back to them. Major fail, but I take the good with the bad. I camped for a day and a half for the ps3 launch and never had any issues with it. I preordered ps4 a few months ago got it a day early and it hasn't worked all day. Anyone else get there's early?

I'm going to hold out until midnight and see what happens. I too got mine at like 10am this morning and it is doing the same thing. Funny thing is on one of my attempts to get it going it downloaded an update and now it won't get past the blu blinking light phase. At this point I'm just hoping this is a way of building up the suspense until midnight. Keeping my fingers crossed. Let's try this, has anyone's ps4 worked so far?

I don't blame you, I think I will wait to buy one, well, I have no choice but I might wait longer than I want in order to insure they get the PS4 right. They may even have to make PS4 slims haha.
