call of duty season pass

Hi everyone hope some one out there can help me. l downloaded the season pack for call of duty last monday. Tried to down load the dlc and it keeps saying tgat my parental restriction arnt hight enough so l have to change them in the master account. Thing is thats the inly account on my ps4. Pgoned sony and they said its a fault with my season pass they will pass it to another part and they will sort it thay was last week stikl waiting. Anyone had the same problem and how did you sort it thanks andy

Never heard of that one. If Sony said it was a problem with the season pass, they should know better than anyone else.
