Can I Use DLC on a Replacement Disk?

I have lots of DLC and online passes and I want to buy NFS Run again which I have sold a month ago. Will it work on the other disk?
It appears that I can download it on PSN but I need some confirmation.

DLC is locked to your account, not the game disc. If I purchase the Fallout DLC, or the Black Ops 2 DLC, I can sell the game and buy a new copy/used copy from an entirely different store and still play the extra content.
