I'm having this problem for a while, I have password requirement to buy stuff turned on, and when I go to buy anything and it asks for the password, I can type it but can't "click" on the "Continue" button, it's highlighted and all but when I press X it makes the sound but doesn't makes anything.
I know there's some workarounds for that and I've been using them (eg: deactivate password confirmation on buying (unsafe); using browser or app to make purchases) but it's really annoying that I can't just buy something directly on my PS5, does anyone knows an actual fix for this?
