Can't collect rewards or Postmaster messages in game, says not enough space!!

Hi Guys,
just a small bit of help required please.

I'm playing Destiny on the PS4.

Gone to the Tower to collect rewards and extra missions from the Postmaster, but if I visit the Kadi 55-30 Postmaster to collect the mail, it tells me there are two messages. But if I try to select them (for instance Bounty Lead (Vanguard Bounty) - Xander 99-40 has a special task available - it just says "Not enough space". Same if I go to Banshee-44 Gunsmith to collect a reward it says I have there. They all just say "Not enough space".

As this is the second game on the PS4, I'm not used to it yet. It's running 2.01 firmware (just updated from version 1), but problem existed before update also. System storage management says I have 27.59 GB of Applications, 0 KB Capture Gallery, 31.46 MB Application saved data, 0 KB Themes and 380.4 GB Free Space.

So don't see that it's related to space on the PS4. Presumably it's something about the game I'm missing.

Could someone please let me know what it's about.

Sounds like you have reached your limit for bounties in the game or are lacking the open slots for said items because they are filled with something else. If you got to your character screen and press R1, it takes you to your inventory screen. At the bottom right it shows your bounties in the squares that you currently are working on. The limit is 5. You can abandon ones you don't think you will complete or don't want for whatever reason, then you will be able to pick up your other mail which is likely just another bounty referral. As for your Banshee, thats below your character screen, use your cursor to push the screen down to see your ships, emblems, etc. Hope this helps and good luck!
