what kind of TV do you guys recommend I purhcase? I'm looking at getting a 32 in. but I don't know which one I need to purchase to get the best experience.

You can't realy go wrong with a 1080 p amoled display, looks great for gaming, and even better for HD movies.

I deal with HD TV's everyday, and from what I've seen, those with a high refresh rate (240Hz and above) have the smoothest picture. It all boils down to what you can afford, and what looks good to you. That's why they have walls of TV's at most major electronics stores. This way, you can compare the picture quality, features, and prices. I personally bought a plasma TV. I know the energy consumption is a bit higher, and it has a lower shelf life than that of an LCD or LED one, but the picture quality was the best, and it was discounted by around $600! I couldn't pass it up. :)

I'm going to be in the market for a new TV as well. I gave my grandparents my 32" Sony Bravia because I wouldn't be home for 7 months so I figured they would put better use of it :)

Now I'm looking at LED or something.

I currently have a ^5" Sharp LCD Smart TV. With that said I still prefer gaming on a plasma and in the past have never been disappointed by Panasonic.

I had a Panasonic that kept shorting out the processor. After 3 replacement ones (all under warranty thank God!), I switched to Samsung and haven't had one issue yet.
