Crash Bash - Did anyone play it?

I was a pretty huge Crash Bandicoot fan back in my hayday and there is one title, that i feel never got what it deserved. I love Crash Bash, but i feel like im perhaps the only one, most classic gamers haven't even heard of it :/. It's this old school Crash Bandicoot party game, i think it's super awesome, although im not really sure if it's just nostalgia skewing my judgement. Has anyone played this? Did anyone else absolutely LOVE it?

I became a Crash Bandicoot fanatic when I played part 3. I have never played the first two parts when I played the third. When I finished part 3, that's the time when I tried it out parts 1 and 2. When Crash Team Racing came out, I immediately purchased the game and had a blast playing it with friends. I wasn't able to get Crash Bash though. Was it awesome?

Yes! I always was a big big fan of Crash Bandicoot. It was just one of those games that was so addictive. There were so many levels to complete, and things to collect and it would keep me entertained for hours. I really love the racing version too, Crash Team Racing - this was equally as fun and addictive and I loved the power ups you could get. All in all just a really great game series!

I have become very fearful that it's awesomeness is simply caused by nostalgia-blindness . But some of my fondest videogaming memories, are playing that game with my friends, it was pretty difficult and some of the games were really intense. One thing that is indisputable however, is the fact that Crash Bandicoot is one of the best platform series ever.

EDIT: Oh wow, i had forgotten all about CTR -- that game was pure awesome, i really need to dig that gem up. One of the best cart games i've ever played.

Man, in modern times if you see something that's a spin-off of an actual series, you tend to assume they're of lower quality, but back in the day Crash Bash along with Crash Team Racing were the most amazing games that I spent all of my summers playing. The concept of minigames was done quite well and stayed true to the Crash Bandicoot style. I only wish that the tank game, which was one of the coolest looking ones to me, was a bit better implemented as I remember being disappointed by how difficult it was to control...

I remembered playing Crash Bash when I was young with my younger siblings. I think it is the best Crash game ever. This game is loaded with tons of fun with mini games, and it is far better than Mario Party for Ninendo 64. This game has more options, secret levels, and codes. I miss playing Crash Bash!

A friend of mine borrowed it to me, but i didn't like it too much, mainly because i already played Mario Party before, and i liked that one much better for party play.
