Custom controller

Hey ya'll, I ordered a custom controller from the controller shop.com about 10 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet. It says it usually takes 8 weeks. Has anyone else ever dealt with them? And if you have did it take a long time too?

Did you contact them? Are they located in the same country as you?

Never bought anything off the net that took this long to arrive. I know that it's custom made but 10 weeks is borderline wait time. Have you checked with them? Maybe they have a problem with the production and had to delay shipping? Or maybe your controller is stuck with your local customs.
