DC Universe Online goes free to play

According to IGN, DC Universe Online will become free to play. However, the people who already have a subscription will have access to a so-called Premium level, which includes additional character slots, higher cash limits and some other features. This is really exciting news for Playstation 3 users who like superhero-type games.

It was only a matter of time. With the massive library of games with free online multiplayer features, I can't imagine too many people were emptying their pockets to play this game. I'm excited about this as I am one of those who wouldn't consider a subscription (I just can't justify paying that much for a game). I'll probably pick up a used copy - thanks for the info!
