I don't know. One question I have though: where was the "actual" gameplay?! I think I saw 1 second of it at 1:28 mark. Too early to judge though I guess.
What are your thoughts?

I had to check the title again whether it was meant to be gameplay or not, I got confused too. It's getting harder and harder to tell the cutscenes apart from the gameplay. 
I'm not sure if that's a good thing, but it was inevitable, and it looks cool. I think the gameplay is peppered in between the cutscenes in the video, and yeah, I think 1:30 looks most like the gameplay portion.

I just saw this gameplay, and I'm very indecisive.
On one side, I think it will an excellent game, but of another side, I had the impression of seeing nothing special. I expected maybe too something like Just Cause 2.
Still the game is sen development, and hope to see the real gameplay later. The game really seems to revolve around vehicles.
