Did you play games enough as a kid?

As a kid, I didn't play video games enough when I sit down to analyse it. My mother wasn't going to have it with me and video games playing. She was of the view that it's a big distraction for my studies!

How was it with you?

I was given books instead of games. My father believed games were not appropriate for kids as the kids cannot distinguish between reality and fantasy and they might be easily encouraged to violence.

I was not privileged to have played the number of games that I wanted to play as a kid. This is because my parents couldn't let me play them because of my academics.
