It looks like you're sent the code within 24 hours of purchasing the item. You then redeem the code when you want to download it on your PS4.

My understanding that everything is region free for the PS4, so you wouldn't have to worry too much about where the code comes from. Although, I could be wrong with it being a digital download. It may be worth asking the seller the question?

PAL addons won't work with an NTSC game. You can download and play PAL games in America, but it won't work with any addons you bought in America. You'd have to buy them again.

^this is how it works for the PSVita. I don't have experience with multiple regions on PS4, but can confirm this on the Vita.

Save games also don't work across regions. If you download a game from the PAL region while living in America and decide to buy a physical copy later on, you'd have to start all over. I learned that the hard way with Kingdoms of Amalur.

Yeah. Seems like an unnecessary obstacle just to play a game and it's DLC. Stay within your region and be hassle-free.

so i got black flag for £20 he made a us acc for me to log in and it was in my library to dl with 2 addons and i can play with my uk user if i want any more dlc i can just get a $ topup on ebay im in cyprus and its 70e in the shops over here so saved a lot
