Do you pay TAX on PSN?

I am from Canada and here we do not pay tax either when buying the PSN card from the store nor on the PSN when we purchase. I was just wondering if it is the same in all countries or if we are just lucky?

Yeah. I never had to with the PS Store. Guess some places you can get away with it. I guess it depends on your state and what you're state laws are. In NJ you can get away with it if you are buying from an online store not based in NJ. I got away with it for years on Amazon. But now Amazon has a big warehouse in my state and since that counts as a base of operations, I now have to pay 7%. Damn NJ always trying to nickel and dime us

I'm from Brazil, and here we pay tax for the games.

Like, if you add 10 BRM (Brazilian Money) to the wallet, you'll be charged 10,25 BRM.

LOL 7% over here in canada were sitting at 13%... oh and also games are $69.99

i do 7%. on my wiiu i made myself from alaska so i can get games down from the dollor. its usefull if you get a twenty dollor game but only have twenty "eshop points" and tax makes it 22.

Here in Argentina we have like a 20%? games that in the us store are 59.99 are 71.99 =(
