Does anyone still play Madden 10 franchise mode?

I play Madden 10 franchise mode a LOT. I actually create players with my friends in NCAA 10 and import them into Madden 10 franchise drafts. It is so much fun! Are we the only people out there that still play this game? I never play any of the modes of gameplay outside of franchise mode. I love to draft players, sign free agents and make trades. I wish the mode went further than 30 years though.

You can do that with all the rest of the games as well. Is there a reason why you don't want to move to any other game?

You can't do a multiplayer franchise mode in the last two versions of maddens though I have heard they re-introduced it for Madden 25. That was my pet peeve with the last two Maddens. They allowed online franchise drafts but did not allow a group of friends to fantasy draft individual franchise teams within the same franchise while playing offline. I hate playing Madden online because of the lag factor. I am shocked that we have the lag that we have today compared to the lack of lag that was present 15 to 20 years ago while playing over phone lines on the Xband service. It is ridiculous as is EA.

I tried to love American Football video games but I never got into them. The only football game that I liked was NFL Blitz. The last Madden that I played was Madden 2006 and I didn't enjoy it. I don't care if it has all the bells and whistles in a football game. It bores me. So as for Madden 10, I have never played it and I never will. I've got more games to enjoy. :D

It was okay to play. I had an interesting time playing it, but never really stuck to it. Maybe I should try it out again.

Because he doesn't want to have to shell out $60 bucks to buy what is essentially the same game every year?
