Dragon Age Inquisition: First footage released

Please be informed that this is a pre-alpha footage shown during the Gameinformer interview. I know, a lot of people are not liking this action-oriented combat system, but, I liked what I saw

What do you guys think about the combat system? Should it be like the original one or this looks much better to you?

I only played the first Dragon Age and I wasn't a huge fan of that, to be honest. But I'm generally not too fond of those kinds of western RPGs anyway so it wasn't their fault. But this had me intrigued.
I really like what they are trying to do with the combat but I guess time will tell how well they will actually be able to implement it. How much control you have in chaotic situations, how formulaic it'll all feel, how much of the environment you'll be able to manipulate and how realistically.. those kinds of things.

Yep, I for one am definitely going to keep my eyes on this game for a while and let some more gameplay footage come out before making up my mind about this game. To be honest, I didn't like the combat system of original Dragon Age. I know that I am in minority, but said it

Yeah I'm with you there. It felt like an MMORPG, just without the thing that makes those great: other people
