Driveclub and multiplayer

hi all new to the forum im after some help if anyone can give it
just bought driveclub I click on multiplayer and for the life of me
cannot find a session or figure out how to get online to join a race
can anybody please give me a step by step guide how to do this

After you click x to go in you need to hit x again to see the online races available then choose one
