An alle PSN Kunden innerhalb der Schweiz, es ist Vorsicht geboten beim Kauf eines Season Pass über PSN. Ich habe Dying Light auf Disc, dies funktioniert seit Jahren problemlos. Nun habe ich mir durch das erscheinen von "The Following" den Season Pass per Kreditkarte auf PSN gekauft. Nach dem Herunterladen steht "Warte auf Installation" weiter ging es nicht, die Inhalte waren nicht verfügbar, ich habe recherchiert aber keine Lösung gefunden.
Ich habe den PSN Support Kontaktiert, nach langen hin und her wurde mir mitgeteilt das diese Inkompatibilität generell so sei.
Ein Anruf bei Sony PSN Support ergab nur das man mich auf EU Recht hinwies, der Season Pass sei eine Art "Export" der nur innerhalb der EU funktioniere muss. Schön nicht? Eine Rückerstattung ginge nicht da die Inhalte bereits heruntergeladen wurden, was betreffend Logik Sinn ergibt wie sollte ich sonst in Erfahrung bringen das die Installation nicht funktioniert?
Erste und letzter Season Pass liebe Freunde, es darf nicht sein das man nur innerhalb der EU, Inhalte die man bezahlt hat, nutzen darf oder kann.
Wie seht ihr das darf man legal oder moralisch vertretbar so getäuscht zu werden? Habt Ihr bereits Inhalte auf PSN erworben die dann nicht funktionierte? Wie ist euer Erfahrung mit dem PSN / Sony Support?
