EA say's that DICE will focus on fixing BF4

So DICE is throwing in the towel a bit when it comes to Battlefield 4, but and I'm quoting from what the EA rep said to IGN here " "not moving onto future projects or expansions until we sort out all the issues with Battlefield 4." Which hopefully means yes, we know that it's been bad and we're working on it instead of more cash grabs."

DICE is concentrating on BF4 fix

It's a great game, it really is. If they would have made the beta a month longer they would have been able to fix these issues on every single platform.

I haven't experienced being booted from a match... the game crashed are annoying.

I think EA should of laid down the law awhile ago...DICE admitted there were issues.

It's sad... the game has so much potential.. I love the new Air Superiority online mode.. Haven't tried any new ground maps for China Rising.. Need to do that this weekend :)

It's good they're doing this though, I also posted this same news accidentally on the PS4 board haha.

Anyone else having probs with progress saving not working in campaign?
I googled it and apparently not only on PS4 and PS4 but its on Xbone too.
It doesnt seem to keep save game progress.
I only played the first level but when I went back to it I had t start from the beginning again..argh.
Having PS+ though I didnt save to cloud, will have to do that and try that way. I think that may work from what Ive read.

I believe the previous patch was to reduce the probability of the save not working bug,but it didnt help for me.
Hope they patch anyway soon.

Well since the feds are involved I'd say that having DICE involved in anything Battlefield after 4 is pretty slim if we ever see another Battlefield again. Though I also blame EA for pushing DICE to release a game that needed a lot more beta testing. I'm surprised that there did seem to be plans to continue releasing DLC for a game that needed so much patch work. But I play The Sims 3, so I shouldn't be surprised.
