Yes! I've been keeping an eye on this game and I most definitely want to try it out as I've missed good ol' WW2 shooters. Just waiting to hear some reviews first!

I really really really really really wanted to pick this game up, WW2 shooters are amazing and I still miss all the old WW2 shooters I used to play. However it looks really bad and clumbsy and I don't know. I'd rather keep my memories happy instead of souring them with this game. Read a ton of reviews and seen some gameplay and its not looking too good.

Just popped over to metacticic. Seems the graphics are the thing that is dragging this down, but the story is good. Seeing as i've just played and thourghly enjoyed a PS2 game on the PS3, not great graphics don't really concern me, i just like a good story.
Here's a middle of the road comment of the game. I think i'll take a deep breath and keep the game on pre order and hope!!! LOL Nothing much else on the horizon i'm interested in at the moment ( apart from Motogp 14 for the PS4 ) so if this is pants i'll sell it and get that instead.
In my opinion the game is not bad, rather challenging and not as short as other shooters released in the last couple years. The graphics are not the best given that they used the CryEngine. There are places with low resolution textures that look quite bad for a 2014 game. I am mostly giving it a 7 due to the fact that it is a WW2 shooter game in world of modern shooters. There was a time when most FPS games were WW2. I really like WW2 shooter and there has not been one in the last couple years except for let's say Wolfenstein New Order (that is mostly an alternate history FPS than a WW2 FPS except for the introduction). There is nothing extraordinary about this game but shooting Nazis in a WW2 background is really nice. So this is mostly a 6. I gave it 7 due to the story and timeline. Also the soundtrack is really great and it fits the game nicely.

If the graphics had been better looking then I would have picked this up. Normally I'm not one to judge on graphics. However this game reminds me of the first Resistance game for PS3. Graphics weren't really all that nice.

LOl - i was thinking of maybe cancelling this after all, but then checked my emails and amazon have sent me one saying " item dispatched " so i'm getting it now whether i want it or not! LOL
Watching these vids, the FIRST ps3 game i got was MOH Airbourne and to me this looks like another version of that, which for me alone, will mean i'll be happy. That game was pure gun P0rn!! LOL The other games i rate as one of my favourites is Brothers in Arms Hells Highway. Both MOH Airbourne and BIAHH, we're nothing special, but they were good enough to make me play them loads Here's hoping Enemy Front does the same
I've heard this is a sandbox game in the same vein as Far Cry 3. So think FC3/MOH Aribourne hybrid and with any luck it might be passable, if not pretty good. I'll let you all know how i fair with it after this weekend

Actually i swear BLIND they are INDEED using the same gun noises as they used in MOH Airbourne! Is this made by the same people just re branded ????

I really don't know about this game. It looks like the type of game I've been missing for years (I miss WW2 games), but no reviews as of yet and what I have heard about this game hasn't been great.
At the moment, on the PS store, it's discounted if you're a PS Plus member at around $37 (AU dollars). It is originally $49.95 and in stores is $69.95. So I'm kind of tempted to try it out.

I'm the same but I haven't heard any decent reviews as of yet and what I've seen on Youtube, the game doesn't look great.

I'm ploughing my way through this game, and there is some good points/bad points. Give me a few more days and i'll write up how it pans out altogether.

read the IGN review and i disagree with some points. There are some more negatives they've not mentioned, but there are some positives as well. The score is thereabouts. I've got 2 levels left to play, so not far now, and i tried playing MP last night but couldn't find 1 lobby. I did manage one game the night before so at least have experienced it.
Don't hold your breath it's not the best game in the world, but not the worst either. It's good enough that i'm going to finish it which it takes something for me to finish a game these days. The reason i've enjoyed it enough to finish it is because there are 3 games this is based on, and 2 of them i think are really good. If i didn't like it enough i'd stop and play something else.
I won't give my score away just now, but i would say, don't buy this for anything more than £15 or less. You won't be missing out on much until it falls into that sort of price bracket.

well, i've not played anymore, even though i'm near the end. My thoughts.
This game is GASH! What they all say about this game is true. It's one of those games that make me think, what on earth the developer GI games was thinking. Having this game against their name will do nothing more than put people off buying any of their games again, and or put this company into administration.
It's horrible because the production level of the game is non existant. It's broken, glitchy, and just in places doesn't work. Even in SP it sometimes plays like a laggy online game. You shoot your weapon and then a second later the engine realized that you did and gives you the sound effect for it.
I was hoping the story would me through but it doesn't. There was a few moments in the middle of the campaign that were fun as it was like a WW2 version of Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising, but apart from that, the rest was horrible.
AI is all over the place. I ran up a church tower out of sight only for the enemy smipers to know the exact moment my head barely came into view before they were shooting at me. I had re load an entire level cos it glitched and wouldn't let me progress.
Online is a joke, that's if you can even find people playing it anyway.
It has some good ideas, but those ideas ( which i can go into detail of anyone wants ) are just outweighted by the weight of utter shittness the rest of the game slops down upon it.
I'd give it about 3 / 10 and a lot of that is due to the engine not working very well, the blandness of the gameplay, the bordom of the the story and the fact that MP is a threadbere broken joke, just like the SP.

I got the game and regretted after the first chapter. I don't know what to say but this game is atrocious! The character moves like a tank, there is this weird sliding whenever I walk and stop. The guns aim as though they weigh a ton and aim assist, I hate aim assist in games. The reticule snaps to the target whenever I enter iron sight which makes it hard to aim for headshots.
