Erase your memory?

Any games out there where you wouldn't mind having your memory erased so you can enjoy the experience over again? For the game Valkyria Chronicles I would have my memory wiped over and over again.

Probably Metal Gear Solid 3, even if it's technically a PS2 game (I played it on the HD collection). It was just such an amazing experience that I wish I could play it over and over again. Everyone needs to experience it at least once, in my opinion.

Yeah I'm also going to have to go with a PS2 game. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. I spent a solid month playing non-stop. It was definitely an experience I will never have again. I was just so emerged in the game. The setting, the characters, the atmosphere - I really hope with GTA V being set in Los Santos that it will have the same kind of vibe or next to.

I'd happily agree to this if it were real. I'd get it done for GoW and GTA alone, and even more so for older games that I have to admit have gotten a little bit harder to appreciate with all the cool and realistic graphics we have now. I'd say this would mostly be true for me especially for 16-bit and PS1 games, but I'd be happy to experience the whole PS2 library with a brand new memory most of all, I guess.

In this intriguing scenario, I'd have to say Assassin's Creed, all five games. It might just be because I have a bit of a passion for history, but the ride Ubisoft brings with the series is simply exhilarating and I can't really think of any other games that brought me that level of enjoyment. Not to mention it's innovative both mechanically and on a story basis, and it's a different thrill each time. Can't wait for Black Flag.

Shadow of the Colossus is one of them. Everything in the game is just asking to be played and experienced, and what is the best way other than playing it for the first time? That huge map to explore, the secrets, all the colossus and that ending... wish i could play it again for the first time, but maybe in HD from the get go.

If I could experience one game over again for the first time it would definitely be the first Kingdom Hearts. IT is still one of my favorite games of all time and the Kingdom Hearts series as a whole is something I love as well. The concept of Final Fantasy characters coexisting in a game with Disney characters just seems so out of this world that there is no possible way it could work. Yet, somehow Tetsuya Nomura managed to find a way and the game went on the be a major success. I can't wait to play Kingdom Hearts 3 on the PS4 when it is released as I've been waiting on it since 2006.

I really like Valkyria Chronicles (haven't finished it yet), but man was that tank part tricky. If you've played the game you know what I'm talking about (who could forget).

I would do it for the Mass Effect games, at least 2 and 3. I would have liked to have played through the third one without hearing about so many people complaining about the ending, because I was never able to form my own opinion. I pre-ordered the game, and yet somehow it was still semi-spoiled for me. I absolutely hate when people spoil good games.

I'm tempted to choose Shadow of the Colossus (the HD version), but I'll choose an actual PS3 game in Journey. If I could erase my memory of that game every time I finish it, I would.

I would go for red dead redemption, some of those missions were so well made and the gameplay and story was really good.

Yes, I wold like to erase my memory of games like Skyrim, Just Cause 2 and GTA series. They all were amazing games.

I would love to do this for several games from my childhood. Most notably, Ocarina of Time and Pokemon Gold And Silver. I have played those games dozens of times, but I know I will never be able to recapture that feeling from when I first played the games.

I think God Of War would be a game that would be entertaining the second go round for sure. When I first played God Of War I assumed I would play it more than once, I was suprised I did not.

Resident evil 4 is one of my best games.I could play it over and over again,so there is no need for memory loss!

Awesome questions! I would love to experience Metal Gear Solid 1, Crash Bandicoot 1 and Legends of Dragoon. That would be amazing! Though only in Men in Black can that happen. I love the experiences I had playing Metal Gear Solid 1 for Playstation 1. I was about 8 or 9 years old.
