Sony is looking into exactly what is causing this error, which seem to occur while playing CoD: Ghosts and Battlefield 4. For the moment, this seems to fix the issue, albeit temporarily, until it happens again 
1. Sign out of PSN
2. Start the game while offline
3. Once you're at the main menu of the game, tap the PSN button and login
4. The error should be fixed. You're all set to play online!
