Error E-820001F7

hi guys, I'm new here but wanted to ask a question.

I'm getting the above error code along with a message saying the server is currently undergoing maintainance.

Thing is, it lets me into the store for about 20secs then boots me out with that message. Doesn't seem right.

I'm in the uk. Anyone else having this issue? Proper pain while the battlefield beta is out as well!!!:-:

Hi Jim, this should not be a real error but just a code which appears when the PSN system is in maintenance. Some features might be up, others might be down, it depends on the upgrade they're making and it can be different from region to region. You just have to wait because it's not a malfuncion of your PS or your network. This link shows a list of possible error codes that might pop-up on your screen. It also gives you the PSN status.

that is also true, but it can be just something they put if it takes to long to load. either way, its no real issue :Onya

Thanks guys. Saw that they had trouble renewing my ps+ membership as well. Renewed it and all seems fine. Strange though. Thanks for the help!
