Error Message CE-36329-3

Hi Guys

Just new to the site.

I got the above error message on my PS4 last night just after I closed down BF4 and went into PS Live and into Ustream. When I clicked on a stream it started loading then my screen went blank and the above code appeared. Tried again and the same thing happened. It says that the system software crashed and to back up all my info and reinitialise the PS4 or check that the system has the latest firmware running. I already have the latest firmware and I have no way to back up my game saves etc.

I tried again and the PS4 was working ok. Tried BF4 online with no problems and tried another game as well with no problems. I got into Ustream with no problem.

I am just wondering is there really anything to worry about if my PS4 looks to be running ok? Not sure if this is connected but my girlfriend accidentally pulled the plug on my PS4 during a firmware install about three weeks ago. Managed to get it working again after going through the safe mode and I've had no problems since. I have had problems with BF4 not going back to the main menu once I quit out of an online game. I remember this used to happen as well when BF3 used to freeze my PS3 up.

Any advice is really really appreciated as this whole thing has me slightly worried.

I've got the message before. Glad to know it fixed itself. Computers have there errors which is sometimes impossible to find the it why.
Your ps4 should be fine. If it persists in a regular, get it checked out
