So I got a PS4 at christmas and played it for a while, then stopped because there weren't any games that caught my eye right now. Now on and off I have tried to get the PS4 to work but it keeps coming up with this error. i have tried turning on and off, restarting router, signing out and back in, switching accounts, I even got a new damn router and it still isn't working. I'm not on the newest software update however I cannot update due to the error, however internet browser works fine and all of the devices that are connected to the router are working fine. If it helps I also live in the UK.
