Why? I was playing the campaign after sniped the hades double character and escaped the building. Then this came up! I couldn't find any info about why this is causing the prompts message?

They are probably the only ones that know what that message means. My guess is they will tell you to delete the game completely, and re-install.

Do you have your saves uploaded to the PS4 cloud? If so, you should be good there. If not, turn that on first.
