Call of Duty seems to be making a big song and dance about the addition of exoskeletons being added to the game. But do you guys really think they'll make much difference? I can't see them changing the gameplay mechanic that much other than maybe being able to grab things to make shield that you would otherwise be unable to. eg car doors.

It'll probably change SP but ultimately I don't think they'll impact the Multiplayer in a dramatic way.

It's obvious isn't it ? They have seen and heard about how much fun it is to play Titanfall and needed a way to incorporate all the flying about the way the pilots do there into a COD game and voila.. .exoskeletons.
I've got tf and believe me although it doesn't sound like much, the player movement makes it such a fresh game.
If they incorporate the good bits from TF with the player movement, with all the MP goodness like we normally get with COD, this COD, Adavance warefare could be REALLY fun and because of it, i'm looking forward to COD again.

The exoskeleton needs to impact multiplayer in big ways. Otherwise, it's going to be the same CoD that we're all used to. The exoskeleton offers a lot of intriguing options, especially bringing in more verticality to the games just like Titanfall did. I don't care if Advanced Warfare takes elements from games and movies from other franchises. What I care about is if the game is unique and refreshing enough to the point where it holds its own with those borrowed elements.
