Fallout 4 game not working

Just bought the game and now when installing it it says cannot read disk. The game is brand new and my playstation plays other games perfectly. I've deleted and re installed the updates several times and the game will not play. Each time it gets farther in the install. The disk looks perfect. Anyone have this issue ?

Perhaps the disc is just faulty for some reason?
Maybe a hairline crack,hold it close under light and check.
Even if not then take it back to where you bought it ask for exchange.
