Yep,those who love the Far Cry series will be pleased as Ubisoft has confirmed Far Cry 4 for PS4,XboxOne,PS3,Xbox360 and PC.
Due November 18th

Ubisoft said:
"In Far Cry 4, players find themselves in Kyrat, a breathtaking, perilous and wild region of the Himalayas struggling under the regime of a despotic self-appointed king. Using a vast array of weapons, vehicles, and animals, players will write their own story across an exotic open-world landscape."

"Following the success of Far Cry 3, we wanted to take the franchise to the next level and create a game that will surprise players and exceed fans' expectations," executive producer Dan Hay said in a statement. "Given the unique setting, we feel Far Cry 4 will stand out as a top first-person shooter and we're eager to reveal more about the game in the coming months."

If you preorder Far Cry 4, you'll receive a limited edition version of the game that includes Hurk's Redemption, a three-part single-player mission pack featuring the character Hurk from Far Cry 3. You'll also receive Hurk's main weapon, the harpoon gun called The Impaler, if you preorder.

The only FarCry game I ever played was Blood Dragon.. If the gameplay didn't really hook me, are these serious ones worth trying?
 
Awesome. Far Cry 3 was very good. Blood Dragon was even better. The setting for this one seems great so sign me up!
 
November 18 this year? That seems really quick, I wonder how long have they been developing the game to aim for this November 18 release. Anyway, I'm just going to take the date with a grain of salt, I'm expectiing a delay just like a lot of games these days. There are too many games that I want this Fall my wallet isn't going to hold up.
 
I was a big fan of the first Far cry. But somehow the serie disappoint me the more it goes. I will try the 4th but I don't expect much.

Yes and no. The original, yes. The second? Not at all. The third, absolutely.
 
Seems that Farcry 4 is set to be out this November. Looks like I get to buy myself a Thanksgiving Day present! I really didn't think a new one would be out so soon, but I'm glad that it is! I'll probably pre-order it! How about you? Excited?

I'm right with you. I'm very excited for this title. I bought FC2 and 3 and enjoyed them both. I'm really interested to see how they're going to push the franchise. Based on rumors and leaks this means more weapons and animal interactions as well as more multiplayer DLC.

It should be interesting, I'm especially excited due to the 2014 release date. It's a very clever move to reveal a game and have it ready in the same year. Too many game developers disappoint fans by showing off a game way too early and then gamers are stuck waiting and eventually lose a little interest (Last Guardian, Prey 2, The Division, Watch Dogs).

FC3 was so goid, it's hard not to be hyped up for FC4. Really looking forward to it!

Hopefully they make a sequel to Blood Dragon top, heh.
 
This game is looking great, I played through Far Cry 3 about three times and I loved how re-playable it was because there were always side missions that I did not do the first time around. This game looks like it will have everything that it needs to make it top Far Cry 3.
 
I'm actually really looking forward to this game!
The graphics look out of this world! Hope it plays as good as it looks to be honest and doesnt have any major glitches which might annoy me!
 
I can't wait for this game to be released. I love the fact that you can use a grapple to climb up steep cliffs. I actually just finished replaying Far Cry 3 and hated that there are so many cliffs that are nearly impossible to climb.
 
Elephants are cool and all but has it got monkeys? History has shown that monkeys in games are what sells. :o
 
I'm quite excited for Far Cry 4 Far Cry 3 for the PS3 was a classic loads of islands to explore the graphics of the Far Cry 4 looks mindblowing i have pre ordered Far Cry 4 for my PS4
