favorite game type

What style of game do you enjoy most? Fighting, Shooter, open world puzzle solving, racing, sports, or any other? I personally like pen world games like red dead.

RPGs, 2D fighting games, and sports games. I prefer open world games as well.

Rpgs! Or anything that has an adventure type system in place, I LOVE open world progressive games like elder scrolls or fallout. I can't wait for final fantasy 14 to launch on ps4s, I've played a bit on my PC and it plays great, looking forward to see how it will control on the consoles.

Action adventure, Hack N Slash, and Action RPGs are my favorite genres. I don't like racing, sports, and those games that don't have a progression system. I get bored easily nowadays so I need games that have new things appear as I go to keep me interested.

Yeah I think the sports games are just a polished version of the previous years. I understand its hard to change because it is what it is, however I think they could improve the controls or flow of the game. Like madden for instance. The casual gamer will be hard pressed to find the difference in all madden games in a three or four year period.

When playing by myself I prefer action/fps games, with really fast action.
But when I'm playing with friends on the same console, we go for sports games, because it's way more fun.

I am really into RPG games. They are so immersive!

Like choosing your gear for a long trip to the other side of the map, micro managing your character's activities and what not.

I am a tourist and love to play video games during travel. Shooter video games always attract me and I prefer to play these games during travel because by playing video games I cover long distance very easily and gaming made my travel more interesting and full of fun.

My criteria when buying a game is one where I can put plenty of OFFline hours into it.

I'm a major RPG person. I love them but overall my thing is that I really need to a game that doesn't need me to play online with people in order to enjoy myself. I need hours of offline fun and a world to explore. It's my main critieria, so open world or RPG's, though I will play an FPS depending on the series, and I do enjoy the occainsional driver game.

I'm super into RPGs. I love shooting games as well, but only if they are done well (CoD, BF4). Puzzle games are great too.

I really like sports games and first person shooters. They're always fun to play especially with friends. I love games that have a multiplayer mode because then it increases its replay value.
