Game of the year 2014?

I'm curious to know what you think will be the 'game of the year' for PS4? I have been off traveling for the past 6 months, and if I'm honest, I feel sort of out of the loop now that I'm back! Any suggestions for what to look out for in 2014?

There are so many to look forward to, but some keep being pushed back.

I think it's a bit tricky to say which will be GOTY at the moment, maybe in 6 month's time we'd get a clear indication of release dates

Well, there is Destiny, Titanfall, Watch_Dogs and The Division are the ones to keep an eye out for. At least one of them will win the title in my opinion.

The Division

I really like the look of this, but last week it was mentioned that getting the game out before the end of 2014 was laughable.

Though we are only a couple weeks in, my vote would be for Destiny or Watch Dogs.

I'd say Watch_Dogs and Elder Scrolls Online. Subscription baggage aside, that game is going to be resplendent.

I think it's still early to take a stand, it's January! But I can say my most "anticipated" game is Watch Dogs and it is building a lot of hype already!

I think the Division will be the one. Great graphics, amazing game setting and hopefully the story and gameplay will be just as good. I like the others like Watch Dogs etc, but The Division takes the top position for me.

I haven't heard of The Division. I'll have to look it up. Though I agree it's a bit early I would have to lean towards Destiny.

I hope it does live up to the hype. They delayed it to fine tune it and according to their marketing they are taking a step forwards in terms of gameplay. Well see if they put their money where their mouth is Either way I'm hyped up enough to buy it.

I think it will be between Destiny, Watch Dogs and Witcher 3. Either way I cant wait til some of these anticipiated titles start coming out, I think we're all going to be very impressed with this next level of gaming.

To me, my mind is already set to either The Witcher 3 or Dragon Age Inquisition. I've seen details and informations of games and none of them got me hyped as much as these two games. CD Projekt RED and Bioware have never disappointed in terms of making great games. I'm sure these two are going to be nominees for GOTY.

If The Division was coming out in 2014, I'd say it is definitely a candidate for Game of the Year. I'm not sure which exclusives for the PS4 will be Game of the Year, but it will definitely be interesting to see what happens. I can't wait to try out the games and see what people think of them.

Wait a minute...I thought Titanfall was only coming out for the Xbox? Am I wrong?

I think the Witcher 3 will be in and around most of the game of the year discussions by the end of 2014. It has a lot of hype built up around it and if it is anything like the Witcher 2 it will be an amazing and beautiful game.
