Games you felt embarrassed to play with other people around

They think you're playing the porn, daimashin. Don't play porn games.
Lol, no. As far as I know, there isn't any porn game on the Playstation. I was referring to the situations playing God of War, and Indigo Prophecy on the PS2. Nowadays I just pause the game when they enter the room and only resumes after they leave. Getting tired of their "OMGs."

The game that I was a bit embarassed to play around other people was Thousand Arms. For anyone that has ever played the game you probably understand. For those who don't know what it is I'll just say that there are Dating Sim aspects. The game also has a lot of voice overs. So yeah, it could be a bit weird. Great game though!

wrestling games! dont know why, but making characters in spandex pants throw each other round made me feel a bit weird.....good games though!

I really have to agree with the OP. My most embarrassing game to play when people were around especially my parents has to Leisure Suit Larry. That game was fun in its own weird way but I had to hide to play it Lolol.

In Heavy Rain it was really hard to explain to the wife who came in just at the wrong moment, that i have to take the character i'm playing ( a gorgeous woman ) into a shower, undress her, and then get her to wash herself!

Thank goodness she didn't walk in in God of War 3 when i was kratos giving aprodite a good time... :)

I think Katamari Damacy was a bit weird to play with other people around.
I had a blast buut it was a bit hard to explain the concept to other people and I got more than a few weird looks.

I was pretty embarrassed when me and my mom played Guilty Gear XX together and she picked Jam or if it was Street Fighter Alpha and it was Sakura. Panty shots everywhere...while with my mom, ultimate awkwardness as a teenager.

Wrestling or Leisure Suit Larry, awful and totally humiliating if I was seen playing them by anyone that I know. Sometimes you have to get in touch with our dark side and Leisure Suit Larry goes beyond darkness for me.

I never like to play Sims around anybody. Basically because if I had company over I would be ashamed to let the see me playing a game with no action. Everybody would say that the game look boring. I usually like to play Sims by myself in the comfort of my own room. It may seem boring to others, but I like that it is like reality in a funny and weird way.

Vice City was the main one but there are plenty more. Mainly they are games that I think a little kid would play - my dirty little secret!

Any Lego game
Just Dance
Any Nintendo franchise
Sly Cooper

Im a 6'6, 235 lbs man by the way. Its kinda weird seeing me playing Just Dance with anyone but my little cousin.

Guitar Hero...mainly because I got really into it. Even with my rock star stance and foot tapping I could never get a high score ;)

I had the voice of an angel though.

As a 20 year old man, I feel embarrassed playing The Sims when people are watching. I don't know why but I feel like people are judging me when I try to dress my character and decorate the house.

I once had The Sims 3 running when my father-in-law came to the house, I went to open the door and when we got to the living room where the computer is he asked me what I was playing.... I said it was an architecture game and showed him a few walls, stairs, etc.
I think I got away with it :)

Whenever I walk into a strip club in a GTA game. I just pray that no one in my house walks in at that moment, lol. Though nothing will ever top my dad walking in on the donkey scene in Clerks II. Now that was awkward.

HA! That also worked for me one time! I was playing the game during lunch break at work and I was designing this house which had some pink walls for some reason and then my boss, out of nowhere walked in and he saw me playing and he asked what the hell am I doing and I showed him the interior of the house and stuff and I told him it was this new architectural software from Autodesk and thank God he never asked for it again.

Rumble Roses was one that i absolutely never played with anyone around. I loved the game, and of course I was looking at the babes, especially Aisha! I actually hid that game so no one knew I owned it.

The game I felt the most embarrassed playing was Elmo's letter adventure. I remember playing that game in my living room as a kid and my older cousins walked in the front door and started making fun of me. I knew it was going to happen also.
