Gamescom will be packed with announced and unannounced titles

The official eu Playstation Blog announced that Gamescom will be packed with announced and unannouned titles. This can either be more exclusives or games for both the Xbox One and PS4. Whatever it is, this is great news. More games is always good to hear, especially if it's more than one. Gamescom will be held at Cologne, Germany and starts on August 21st to the 25th. There will also be a stream for the press conference here.

On Tuesday 20th August – the evening before the doors open – we’ll be holding our regular Gamescom press conference, where we’ll be showcasing the future of all things PlayStation. The show will be packed with news on both announced and unannounced titles – suffice to say, you won’t want to miss it

This is definitely one of the many gaming events I've been looking forward to this year.I'm sure we all know that while Sony may have won E3, they still could have showed off many more games, and that seems to be what GamesCom will be all about. I honestly can't wait to see exactly what games will be revealed. Hopefully there will be some major exclusives announced there.

As a gamer who likes to see more gameplay footage and delve deeper into the games to see if they are worthy of my attention or not, I find Gamescom convention to be more intriguing and compelling than E3. This year should be no different. In fact, we will see more games announced and more gameplay video for the games announced at E3 and before E3. Exciting times ahead.

Definitely very exciting stuff. At first I was a bit skeptical about this, as gamescom has never really been this big. It really looks like this years gamescom will be the best one to date. I'm quite excited to see what both Sony and Microsoft have to reveal. I'm guessing that release dates will definitely be revealed. And perhaps we might get some more game announcements or at least more footage and gameplay of the already announced lineup? Whatever the case ,it should be the best gamescom ever and I am very excited to see what they will come out with.

Infamous: Second Son might be announced as a launch title. It is originally going to release on February 2014, but they might change the release date to launch! Whatever the news is, it will be announced at Gamescom.

Gamescom and the upcoming Tokyo Game Show will be the next bouts of the Xbox and Playstation. I'll be keeping my eyes and ears open for developments on some of the games they teased at E3 but gave no more information for since. I'm also hoping to see some more RPG action from someone other than Square, and see if any dark horses will steal the show like The Division did.

E3, Gamescom, and Tokyo Game Show are like the Super Bowl, World Series, and World Cup for gamers. (and the fans are just as crazy)

I see no indication of that there. Probably jsut saying there will be an impressive showing.

I, for one, hope they will talk more about Media Molecule's new game... thingie.

What?! Gamescom is already this close? Damn, definitely get hype for it!
The one thing that i am really waiting for is to BluePoint to reveal what classic Sony title they will revive, like they said.
